DISCLAIMER Please note that this experience releases trapped energy, encouraging emotions and energy to become free flowing. This can stir up emotions and you may experience headaches / sleeplessness / tearful moments in the days that follow, this is your body's way of regulating the change in energy. Please drink lots of water and allow your emotions to be felt to allow them to fully be released. You will be required to complete and sign a disclaimer ahead of your session. This will be sent by email. CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible via email. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded and the total cost will be forfeited.
