The Balance Healing Room is a quiet, cosy and nurturing space designed to help you fully relax from the moment you arrive.
Soft lighting, calming scents and gentle music create an atmosphere where you can slow down, breathe deeply and leave the world behind.
My work is intuitive and intentional, this is not your ordinary energy healing.
Using multi dimensional healing techniques, I work with your subtle body (energy system) to release trapped energy, to allow you to feel lighter, clearer and more connected with yourself.
I have lived experience with toxic and coercive relationships, and understand what blockages can occur as a result. My sessions are for you if you are:

Energy Healing with Crystals
Crystal healing uses intuitively selected crystals placed on and around the body to support energetic balance, emotional release and deep relaxation. Each session will leave you with a clear understanding of where any energy blockages may be disturbing your balance.
Angelic Reiki
Angelic Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of multi-dimensional energy healing that works with high-vibrational frequencies to support deep healing. This hands-on healing encourages deep rest and allows divine healing to flow to where it is needed.
Rose Frequency Healing
The Rose Frequency Healing blends crystals, meditation and reiki to create an immersive healing experience. Inspired by the symbolism of the rose, this session supports heart opening, emotional softening and reconnection with your divine feminine energy.
A room built from love
The Balance Crystal Healing Room holds more than just space, it holds history, heart and deep-rooted love.
Originally built by my dad nearly 40 years ago as a pottery studio for my mum to create her beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces, this little building has always been a place of creativity, care and soul.
Today it continues its purpose, not with clay but with crystals and healing. Every session held here is infused with the same love, intention and warmth it was built upon, making it a truly special space to rest, release and rebalance.
