The healing
The Rose Frequency Healing is a multi-dimensional experience blending crystal healing, meditation and angelic reiki to support deep emotional and energetic restoration. We focus on softening the nervous system, opening the heart and reconnecting with your inner feminine energy.

Working intuitively, specially selected crystals are placed on and around the body, whilst gentle guided meditation and energy healing help release tension, calm the mind and restore balance.

This healing balances deep spirituality with embodied living, allowing you to feel nourished in the gifts of Mother Earth, leaving you feeling grounded and connected.

The experience
You'll be immersed in high frequency music to soothe the body, whilst being led on a journey with a guided meditation. Rose quartz, strawberry quartz and other specially selected crystals will be placed on and around you to fully connect your energy with the wisdom of the sacred rose.

Rose essential oil will be diffused into the healing space and fresh roses will adorn the room.

Once fully relaxed I will channel the rose frequency and that of Goddess Isis, Mary Magdalene or Mother Gaia.
