​My intention is to hold a peaceful space that focusses on power, not performance. The power, is you.

This is for anyone looking to begin their meditation practice, in a space where we all develop together.
No previous experience required, just an open mind and desire to connect with one another.
What to expect
Each month you will be guided into beautiful 15 minute meditation with a different crystal, focussing on a theme suited to the time of the year.
The session will include approx 20 minutes of silent practise for you to relax into a mediative state and connect with the crystals and your higher self. There will be time for reflection, journaling and sharing our experiences.
​Crystals will be provided, and should you wish to purchase your crystal after the session, to deepen your connection then you may.
​
Meditation cushions will be provided but please bring along a journal, a pen and a blanket. If you wish to lay down, please bring a suitable yoga mat.

Our opening circle will focus on the luminous energy of Selenite.

Join our mid-winter circle to release stagnant energy, soothe the nervous system and invite clarity, calm and light back as we harness the purifying energy of Selenite.

This circle invites you to pause, to step away from the noise of everyday life and return gently to yourself. There is nothing you need to do, nothing you need to become, simply arrive as you are and connect.
