A sacred circle of power, not performance
The Balance Crystal Meditation Circle is a space to sit in meditation, deepen our intuition and connect with likeminded women. When we gather in circle, our energy multiplies.
Together we build collective wisdom, receive intuitive downloads and create connection through sharing our insights.
My intention is to hold a peaceful space that focusses on power, not performance. The power, is you.
This is for anyone looking to begin their meditation practice, in a space where we all develop together.
No previous experience required, just an open mind and desire to connect with one another.
Many women come alone and the circle is always a warm, inclusive and welcoming space.
What to expect
Each month you gather around the altar which will be adorned with crystals, flowers and candles. You'll be guided into beautiful meditation written and spoken by myself, whilst connecting with a different crystal each month. The themes are usually aligned with astrology or energetics of the month.
The session will include approx 15 minutes of silent practise for you to relax into a meditative state and connect with the crystals and your higher self on a deeper level. There will be time for reflection, sharing and guidance from the oracle cards to deepen our experience and intuition.
Crystals will be provided, and should you wish to purchase your crystal after the session, to deepen your connection then you may.
Meditation chairs, cushions, yoga mats & blankets will be provided but please bring along a journal, a pen and some water.

October Circle
"Creating Balance"
Monday 19th October 2026 (7.30pm - 8.30pm)
We explore what it means to create balance without losing yourself in the process, to dig deeper into self-belief. This circle is supported by Blue Apatite, a crystal that is associated with clarity and communication. Blue Apatite expands consciousness, offering you a deeper level of awareness, and ultimately supporting us to find our sense of self.
November Circle
"The magic within"
Monday 16th November 2026 (7.30pm - 8.30pm)
A journey inwards to reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom. This circle is supported by Labradorite, a crystal that helps you uncover your true magic, we may also call in some Goddess energy to help us build self-trust.
December Circle
"Wild Winter"
Monday 7th December 2026 (7.30pm - 8.30pm)
A gentle invitation to slow down and to embrace the energetic stillness of winter, with just enough wild winter energy to push through the festivities! This circle is supported by Scolecite, a crystal that promotes peace and relaxation whilst also activating the heart and higher chakras. A stunning crystal for my spiritual girlies.

FAQs
Do I need meditation experience?
No not at all, just an open mind and a willingness to receive. I will hold the safe space for you to move into stillness and presence.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely, in fact I would recommend this because you will be able to feel completely yourself and get to know like-minded women on a spiritual or self-love journey.
What crystals do we work with?
Each month we work with a different crystal aligned with the astrological energy and seasons. Crystals are provided for you and you have the option to purchase them should you wish to continue your journey together. All crystals are cleansed and reiki charged before the circle.
How many women attend?
We have a beautiful space in a private yoga studio in Rayleigh that accommodates 7 women. There is space for 5 women to lay down and 2 to be seated on cushions or yoga chairs (all yoga mats, chairs, cushions and blankets will be provided).
What shall I bring?
You simply need to bring a bottle of water, pen and journal should you wish to write down anything that came through for you.
Crystal Healing in Rayleigh
I specialise in supporting women who feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves, or those healing from past trauma or coercive relationships, as well as those moving through life's transitional periods.
My work combines crystal healing , gentle reiki, meditation and practical crystal guidance in a calm, private healing space in Rayleigh Essex.
