When life feels overwhelming, it's easy to lose connection with yourself, you may feel anxious or emotionally exhausted, find yourself people-pleasing, struggling with boundaries or simply just aware that something feels out of balance and you don't quite feel yourself.

​The Balance Healing Session is my signature crystal healing experience, combining intuitively selected crystals with gentle reiki energy healing, to help you release emotional tension, relieve physical ailments and restore energetic balance.

I am here to provide a moment of safety for women healing from emotional trauma as well as those looking for calm in the chaos of life.
What is Crystal Healing?
The chakra system is made up of 7 main energy centres in your body, each linked to your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. When one or more of your chakras become blocked or imbalanced, you may feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected. These blockages come from everyday life, when we don't have time to process emotions, hide them away and gloss over the things that hit hard. Over time, these unprocessed emotions, can manifest as physical dis-ease.
Crystals are created with perfect crystalline structures which allow them to vibrate at specific, and constant frequencies. These vibrations resonate with each chakra, helping to clear, activate and balance each energy centre. During your crystal healing session, intuitively selected crystals are placed on and around the body to support energy flow, emotional release and inner balance.

From grounding your root to opening your heart, each crystal acts as a guide, restoring and recoding your connection to self, spirit and source.
What happens in the session
We begin with a quick check-in to see how you are feeling, check whether you have any specific concerns, and to set any intentions for the session, before we cleanse our energy together.
You'll make yourself comfy on the bed, wrapped in soft textures, ambient lighting, healing sound and diffused aromatherapy scents.
After a grounding meditation, I will dowse each energy centre with a crystal pendulum, to find out where any energy may need releasing, before intuitively selecting crystals to place on and around you. I activate each crystal before doing any energetic healing that feels necessary. Tuning forks are used to help release any blockages and hands-on reiki is offered to create a deeper healing experience.

To finish, we will discuss the healing, the crystals used during the session and the messages I have channelled during the session. You will leave with a better understanding of your energy and have guidance on your next steps forward.

A room built from love
The Balance Crystal Healing Room holds more than just space, it holds history, heart and deep-rooted love.
Originally built by my dad nearly 40 years ago as a pottery studio for my mum to create her beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces, this little building has always been a place of creativity, care and soul.
​
Today it continues its purpose, not with clay but with crystals and healing. It now boasts its own carefully planned Zen pond right outside.
Every session held here is infused with the same love, intention and warmth it was built upon, making it a truly special space to rest, release and rebalance.

FAQs
What happens during a crystal healing?
Crystals are placed on and around your body to bring your energy into balance with the steady frequency of the crystal. Crystals are encoded with light and data and have been used for thousands of years as tools to heal your mind, body and soul.

Do I need experience with crystals?
No not at all, just an open mind and a willingness to receive. I will hold the safe space for your mind, body and soul to remember its capabilities to heal itself.
​
How many sessions will I need?
If you are just looking for a little reset and rebalance, one session is sufficient, if you have a particular ailment or emotional intention you are looking to work through, then you may need three or more sessions. A block of of 3 sessions is available to book (offering a saving of £24.00).

Is reiki included?
Yes hands on reiki is offered during the session, this adds a deeper level of energetic healing, Ascended Master or Goddess energy can then be called in to offer more intensive support.
​
How will I feel?
Some begin their session a little tearful and leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply relaxed. Some feel as though they have released heavy energy and emotions, some feel a sense of clarity. During the session you may feel heat, tingling, fluid like movement from the crystals, and often the reiki will begin to feel warm and heavy before a release takes place. You may of course have your own visions and sensations during the healing as you are in a beautiful peaceful meditative state.

Where is the Balance Healing Room located?
A self-contained room in my parents garden overlooking a pretty japanese style Zen Pond. The room has toilet facilities and is located on Church Road in Rayleigh, Essex. Exact address will be given upon booking. The Balance Healing Room is open by appointment only.​​​

These evenings are limited to 7 women per session, each month we explore a new crystal and guided meditation inspired by the time of year and energetic influence.
