Crystal Healing
If you're feeling off balance, disconnected or overwhelmed, or simply trying to make sense of your emotions, these sessions are made for you.
This is not your ordinary crystal healing, my work is deeply intentional and intuitive. You will leave with a clear understanding of which chakras (energy centres) may have become blocked, and my energy work will begin to help you release.
I am here to provide a moment of safety for women healing from emotional trauma as well as those looking for calm in the chaos of life.

Chakra Balancing
The chakra system is made up of 7 main energy centres in your body - each linked to your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. When one or more of your chakras become blocked or imbalanced, you may feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected. These blockages come from everyday life, when we don't have time to process emotions, hide them away and gloss over the things that hit hard. Over time, these unprocessed emotions, can manifest as physical dis-ease.
Crystals are created with perfect crystalline structures which allows them to vibrate at specific, and constant frequencies. These vibrations resonate with each chakra, helping to clear, activate and balance each energy centre. During your crystal healing session, intuitively selected crystals are placed on and around the body to support energy flow, emotional release and inner balance.
From grounding your root to opening your heart, each crystal acts as a guide, restoring your connection to self, spirit and source.
What to expect
Once you have safely arrived at the healing room, we begin with a quick check-in to see how you are feeling, check whether you have any specific concerns, and to set any intentions for the session, before we cleanse and ground our energy together.
You'll make yourself comfy on the bed, wrapped in soft textures, ambient lighting, healing sound and diffused aromatherapy scents.
I will dowse each energy centre with a crystal pendulum, to find out where any energy may need releasing, before intuitively selecting a crystal to place over the same chakras. I activate each crystal before doing any energetic healing that feels necessary. Expect deep relaxation, emotional clarity and a renewed sense of self as your energy gently rebalances.
You may experience physical sensations such as subtle heat, coolness or tingling as the crystals are placed. You may have settled into a meditative state and be able to see colours, or travel on a beautiful journey whilst I create balance for you.
To finish, we will discuss the healing, the crystals used during the session and the messages I have channelled during the session. You will leave with a better understanding of your energy and have guidance on your next steps forward.

A room built from love
The Balance Crystal Healing Room holds more than just space, it holds history, heart and deep-rooted love.
Originally built by my dad nearly 40 years ago as a pottery studio for my mum to create her beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces, this little building has always been a place of creativity, care and soul.
Today it continues its purpose, not with clay but with crystals and healing. Every session held here is infused with the same love, intention and warmth it was built upon, making it a truly special space to rest, release and rebalance.
