The Crystal x Massage experience is an invitation to soften, not just physically but emotionally and energetically.
Massage is proven to calm the nervous system and reduce cortisol levels. The body begins to calm, tension melts, breath deepens and the mind naturally quietens. Massage brings you into a relaxed and receptive state allowing the crystal healing to land more deeply, supporting emotional balance, energetic flow and inner stillness. This state of deep relaxation is where healing becomes most powerful.
This soulful experience bridges science and subtle energy, touch and intuition, creating space where the body can release, the nervous system can rest and you can simple, be.
What to expect
You'll be welcomed into the warm, candle-lit studio, filled with ambient soothing sound and fragrant aromatherpy.
You'll be held through:

Gentle guided meditation to relax and settle you

35 minutes of head, neck and shoulder massage guided by Lee at Plush Wellness

35 minutes of crystal healing with Amy here at Balance Collection
You'll experience a sense of deep calm, grounding and gentle release, this is the perfect time and space to fully relax without the need to talk, explain or perform.
You will remain fully clothed, with your top/straps lowered once you are underneath blankets.
The Crystal x Massage session is powerful, most will leave feeling grounded, reconnected and with a new spring in their step, but please be aware that as energy is released, emotions may arise in the days that follow, be comforted in the knowledge that this is part of the healing process - we will guide you through.
