Monthly Immersive Group Sound Bath with Crystal Healing

A nourishing journey of sound to help you relax, reset and rebalance, bringing mind, body and soul into alignment. The beautiful healing vibrations of the sacred instruments will guide you through a deep relaxation, helping release tension, calm the mind and restore energetic balance.
Crystals are placed upon your chakra centres, and when combined with the frequency of sound, the crystal energy is perfectly amplified, creating a deeply transformative experience.
The Crystal Sounds group session is suitable for men and women seeking meaningful self-care, emotional or energetic support and a deeper connection to themselves, without the requirement to talk or share.
No previous experience with meditation, healing or energy work is required.
What to expect
Sound works on a cellular level, regulating the nervous system while crystals support energetic balance, emotional release and inner harmony. Together they create a cocoon-like experience where the body can soften and the mind can rest.
All you need to do is arrive (in comfy clothes!).
Yoga mats, knee bolsters and blankets are available upon arrival, however for additional comfort you may wish to bring:

Crystals will be provided and placed upon your chakra centres as you are held in meditation and then immersed in a beautiful journey of sound.
