Terms and Conditions

By booking a session at the Balance Healing Room, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment

  1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  2. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

  3. Booking confirmation will be sent once payment has been received.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to your scheduled session will be refunded in full.

  2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be refunded, and the full session fee will be retained.

  3. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Client Responsibility

  1. Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session time.

  2. Crystal healing is a complementary therapy and does not replace professional medical treatment.

  3. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are taking part voluntarily and understand that individual results may vary.
