Palo Santo: This sacred wood has been ethically sourced from naturally fallen trees in the forests of Peru. Cleanse your space by burning the stick and allowing the smoke to cleanse away any negative energy. Intentionally visualise the energy lifting and clearing.
 
White Sage: This premium white sage has been environmentally and sustainably collected in California. Use sage in the same way as Palo Santo.
 
Selenite: This crystal can be used to cleanse & charge other crystals - particularly helpful with cleansing jewellery. Simply pop your pendant, ring or bracelet on top, for an overnight cleanse & charge.
 
Abalone Shell: These shells are farmed from South Africa, Mexico and Vietnam. They can be used to hold your sticks and for mixing herbs.
 
Be sure to leave a window open when burning/smudging with sage or Palo Santo
