Cancellation Policy

By booking this session you confirm that you are responsible for downloading and familiarising yourself with Microsoft Teams in advance of the session. You confirm that you are responsible for finding yourself a safe, quiet and undisturbed location to join from. You confirm that you will be respectful of the privacy of others and will contribute to a kind, considerate and caring community. You confirm that if you join more than 10 minutes late, you will not be permitted into the meeting so as not to disturb others. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel or request to reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance of the start time of the session. Any cancellations / requests to reschedule / no shows will be treated as late cancellations and all funds forfeited as a result. If you join more than 10 minutes late, this too will be treated as a no show and all funds forfeited as a result.
